Stéphane uses a gentle form of exercise called ‘Makko Ho’, which works at opening all of the body’s energy channels through specific stretches, improving your Life Force or ‘Chi’. Importance is given to only stretch as much as you are able to without forcing. With ongoing practice, your wellbeing, calmness and alertness will improve.
Reflexology is based on the concept that the body is reflected in the feet, which act as a mirror to the whole system - physical, mental and emotional. Stéphane specialises in a gentle, non-invasive form of this therapy. You will receive as much or as little as you are ready for and are ultimately responsible for your willingness to release past emotions and beliefs.
We all breathe, but not many of us know how to breathe effectively. Through a series of exercises, Stéphane will provide you with the tools to relax and rejuvenate at will, magnify oxygen efficiency, support healthy sleep and go into a meditative state. Emotional releases are welcome and even encouraged.
Meditation is a natural state achieved by letting go of thoughts, through focusing the mind on the breath or Stéphane’s guiding voice. It helps train your attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
We are rarely given the space to just talk. Each session will provide you with as much time as is beneficial, creating a platform to explore what came up as a result of the therapy.
This holistic approach brings the session together, building empowerment and resilience within.
Since 2003, Stéphane has been passionate about whole body and mind therapy. She has received the 3 levels of Reiki, and a Diploma in Reflexology. She has studied Shiatsu, Meditation, Breathwork, the Language of the Feet, Ayurvedic Foot Massage, Nutrition, Yoga, and Hypnotherapy. She works in confidence in a private space and with an open heart.
